1. Social Media Manager

As a social media manager, you’ll manage our organisation’s online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
As a social media manager, you’ll need to:
** Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
** Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
** Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
** Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms
** Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms

** Undertake audience research
** Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

** Analyse competitor activity

Qualifications For Social Media Manager:
** 3-5 years of social media management experience
** Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
** Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
** Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
** General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
** Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
** Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
** Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once

2. HR Training and Development Manager

The HR Training and Development Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization’s employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

Duties/Responsibilities:
** Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.
** Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan.
** Deploying a wide variety of training methods.
** Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions by coordinating with various departments.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
** Five years of experience designing and implementing employee training & development programs.

3. Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
** Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
** Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
** Maintains security and telecommunications system.
** Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
** Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
** Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
** Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
** Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
