1. Civil Engineer (Civil Interior Site Execution)

Candidate must have the capability to execute a Project based on drawings and details provided by the Architects or the clients. Candidate must have knowledge of handling site work Individually and having experience of working in contractor’s firm. Candidate must have experience of Interiors work (ex- False Ceiling, Tiles work, complete office Interiors). Can also handle Client Billing.

Suggest appropriate solutions for constructions at the project site Should have exposure & experience in all aspects of a project execution team Should have a stronghold in site measurements, project execution, co-ordinations, progress tracking. Also appreciable knowledge in Modular and Custom interior works. Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure. Good Command in English

2. Quantity Surveyor – Civil Interior/ Quantity Surveyor – Electrical

Candidate should have experience in Cost Estimation, Should have experience in studying Auto CAD drawing, BOQ, contract, tender specification Knowledge of how quantities taken from drawing and knowledge of doing Rate Analysis.Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands.Must have knowledge of Interior works and Electrical work.Must have worked in Contractor’s firm,

3. Autocad Draughtsman MEP / Civil Interiors

The Employee responsibility includes design and AutoCAD drafting of complete Civil Interiors or MEP work, Employee responsibility also includes site survey, Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections. Handling all drawing related Issues

4. Electrical Design Engineer

Candidate must have the capability to design a Project/ Building Electrical details based on drawings and details provided by the Architects or the clients. Candidate must have knowledge of Tenders Drawings, Construction and submission Drawings Visit proposed installation sites and draw rough sketches of location. Draft working drawings, shop Drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specifications as per requirement. Prepare and interpret specifications, calculating weights, volumes, and stress factors. Prepare Electrical BOQ

5. Store Incharge

Candidate must manage the entire inventory on his own, Receive the materials to stores and issue to the concerned department, Civil or Construction background, Who can look after the store activities, Update material in ERP, issue challan Candidate must be ready to relocate in PAN India, having experience in maintaining site inventory.
