1. Project Managers, Team Leaders and Drone Pilots

SECON require experienced and certified Drone Pilots with proven past experience and track record in Drone data capture for Land Survey. Knowledge on DGCA compliances and drone policy guidelines issued by Government of India is important. Drone Pilot, Team Leader should have min. 3 Project experience and Drone Pilots 50 – 100 Hrs.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities :
** Evaluation and Procurement of latest Drones for Land survey data capture
** Check drones before a flight to ensure safe and proper operation
** Analyze weather forecasts to ensure safe flights
** Document pre- and post-flight logs
** Monitor drones during flight
** Plan drone flight routes
** Navigate drones along designated paths
** Gather information or produce aerial photographs, as needed
** Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
** Pre & Post processing of Drone data and CAD compilation

Education and Experience :
The position requires any BE / Master Degree in Engineering, Aerospace or Science

2. Business Development

Requirement :
BD AT BANGALORE, MUMBAI AND GUWAHATI

Position : 4 Nos

Description :
** Develop good awareness of SECON Domain expertise in all Verticals and Cross sell SECON Services including products developed by SECON for GIS Applications, automated tools, alignment sheet generator etc. to prospective clients.
** Conceptualisation, Activation, Development / Marketing, Business Plans, Coordination, Follow up, Liaison, Pre-bid queries, Contract compliances and response to Tender, Vendor Development Sourcing, Enlisting Consultants, Key Personnel, Service Providers, etc in SECON’s core area
** Establish & develop relations with potential & existing clients with regular interactions
** Provide Lead and Liaison from pre-tender to contract award
** Follow up Expression of Interest (EOI), Arrange tie ups etc for short listing. Follow up Billing, collection and Client management.
** Develop a Client Database, with an average of 4- 6 contacts per week. This list will include potential clients, as well as partnering opportunities
** Networking, attending conferences, Business Meets etc.

Qualification:
Bright Graduates preferably B.Tech in Civil Engineering with consistent academic performance. Desirable MBA in marketing with 2+ Years experience for immediate employment
