Qualifications:
** 3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
** Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL
** Experience with the Microsoft .Net core, C# coding and the Visual Studio IDE and TFS
Related / Similar Job :
** Proven experience working with technologies such as XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, XPath, JSON and SOAP/REST Web Services and Web technologies
** Experience with Transport protocols including MQSC, WCF, FTPs, HTTPs, SMTP, LDAP
** Experience with building Wireframes/UI using HTML, CSS, Angular Framework

Job Description:
** As a senior software engineer, you will be part of our HR & Learning Enablement Technology team to help deliver world class software for our business partners.
**You will report to the engineering manager and work as an individual contributor participating in designing and development of software.
** This role will have collaboration with business partners, multiple Visa IT teams and third-party vendors. The portfolio includes SaaS and hosted packaged applications such as Workday, Cornerstone, ADP, Smart Recruiters, ServiceNow, and some homegrown solutions.
** The candidate will be able to easily understand business requirements and be forward thinking to identify problems that may be effectively resolved with technology solutions.
** Additionally, this position provides 8×5 application administration and user support services; working primarily with business users to provide technical support and coordinate timely and effective resolution to questions and issues associated with the HR & Learning Systems integrations.

Responsibilities:
** Building an entire standalone N-Tier application – UI/Web tier/Middle tier/Backend tier/Data tier
** Coding, unit testing, document and implement new applications & as well as existing programs
** Contribute to enhancements, and corrections to existing applications code base
** Develop code that complies with design specifications and meets security and best practices. Coding must adhere to all standards for security, be easily maintainable and have high system performance.
** Collaborate with Development & QA engineers on individual and team deliverables
** Comfortable working in a loosely structured, fast-paced organization
** Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
** Build working relationships with global and virtual teams on software development
