Job Description:
Designing & Detailed Engineering:- Contributing towards developing high quality & cost effective designs with detailed engineering for:
** Customized Vacuum Pumping Systems.
** Defined Standard Vacuum Pumping Systems.

Pre and Post Sales Activities:-
** Studying the specification given by customer for feasibility and impact on pricing.
** Providing pricing and estimation for offers.
** Preparing documents for customer approval, responding to customer comments and ensuring approval of docs on time.
** Detail engineering for manufacturing, preparing test plans and as built documents.

Documentation & Control:-
** Monitoring & controlling the established system subsequently.

Vendor Evaluation:-
** Technical evaluation of vendors & components to be procured.

Cross functional Co-ordination:-
** Helping the production team for integration related trouble shooting.
** Providing support to service team for warranty issues related to design deficiencies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Skills and Knowledge:-
** Candidate having hands on experience in Solid works 3D Modeling, Pro-e, Sheet metal, Piping and Routing, 2D Drafting and analysis would be most preferable.
** Candidate having experience in Design and Engineering of large automated special purpose system would be highly preferred.
** Candidate having experience in developing tooling, fixtures for Poka-Yoke mechanism would be an advantage.
** Candidate having experience in Leak Testing machines would be an added advantage.

2.Sales Engineer- Leak Testing

Location : Thane, Maharashtra
Duration : Full Time
Experience : 3-5 Years

Job Description :
Business Development :
** Achieving sales target as per the defined business plan.
** Developing new segments & new customers as per the business plan.
** Creating awareness about Tekman brand amongst Customers.
** Managing timely collection of outstanding payments.

Sales Management :
** Managing customer visits and daily/weekly basis.
** Generating sales through various means – cold calling, gate crashing, pre-visit appointments, etc.

Customer Relationship Management :
** Maintaining relationship with existing & new Customers.
** Maintaining premium relationship with Platinum Customers.
** Providing techno- commercial support to all the customers.

Business Branding Activities :
** Handling various Exhibitions & subsequent Customer Contact programs.
** Coordinating for Customer trainings, Seminars & other related marketing activities.

Required Candidate profile :
** Candidate having experience in selling special purpose machines- particularly in manufacturing process automation
** Candidate having experience in Helium Leak Testing and/or vacuum industry will be preferred.
** Candidate having experience in selling Air Leak Testing will have an advantage


** Candidate should have willingness to travel PAN India
** Candidate should be keen to continuously upgrade his technical skills pertaining to product knowledge, applications, etc.
** Candidate should poses Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
