Job Description :
** Complete management of all online marketplace accounts.
** Managing Amazon & Flipkart
** Responsible for the monthly sales, strong prior e-commerce experience is mandatory.
** Better knowledge on the Coupons, CPC, ROI, Ad campaigns, and lighting deals.
** Great analytical skills in AD optimization and revenue generation.
** Responsible for maintaining good account health, new listings, managing current listings and Rich cataloging.
** Candidates must have managed Amazon and Flipkart accounts before.
** Better command creating new listing templates, familiar with excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), good written, and verbal skills.

2.Purchase Executive

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Job Description :
** Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
** Identify sources of supply to obtain most economical pricing and quality in support of production and maintenance.
** Process Purchase requirements as per the MPP. Prepare and process the P.O’s on time and orderly manner.
** Material order management for samples and as per production requirements
** Ensure that all documents from suppliers are in order and co-ordinate with shipping agency to ensure smooth and timely imports of raw materials and goods.
** Proper documentation of all supplier records as per the policy
** Researching potential vendors
** Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
** Complete all Goods receipt entries for incoming materials after getting QC clearance.
** Maintain log to track Urgent deliveries.
** Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
** Research potential vendors

** Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
** Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
** Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices and prepare cost analysis

** Validate receipt, and review all incoming materials
** Coordinate with Suppliers/Transporters and with Stores to ensure all products arrive in good condition
** Good understanding of supply chain procedures
** Report any supplier or vendor performance issues in time as per policies

3.E-Commerce

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Job Description :
** Generating daily reports for returns.
** FBA removal tracking and reporting.
** Performing return reconciliation on daily basis and sharing daily reports with supervisor/manager.
** Opening & tracking cases for undelivered returns with eCommerce portals like Amazon/Flipkart and drive them through resolution.
** Opening & tracking cases for damaged and missing shipments with eCommerce portals, and drive them through resolution & reimbursement.
** Categorizing returned products after due inspection, quality check and condition assessment.
** Maintaining a healthy segregated inventory of returned items in the allocated return bins of the warehouse.
** Performing regular physical stock verification of return bins, to match and identify any gaps in the returned product stock reports.

** Required Key Skills
** Communication skills are required
** Must have experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel functions, formulas & reporting.
** Data entry as needed.
