**We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically on all functional areas of Business Management viz.
**Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
**Business Associate =>Corporate Trainer => Corporate Team Leader => Assistant Business Head => Business Head
**This position starts with a Business Associate who is sequentially trained to be a Corporate Trainer, then a Corporate Team Leader, then an ABH and finally a BH.

Responsibilites:
**Mapping of new market segments in new territories across India.
**Designing dynamic and innovative marketing strategies for blue chip companies.
**Involves leading a team of 20 to 30 people working in various functions of management.
**Business exposure to manage promotional campaigns on National / International level.
**Using a combination of BTL and ATL activities to enhance the market capitalization of our clients.
