Key Accountabilities & Duties:
1.Should have the passion to build Web-based Product(s) –that customers should love
2.This Role requirement is strictly a combination of Business (+)UI-UX (+)Technology(+)Innovation
3.This Role experience is strictly based on –Ideas →Evaluations →Conceptualization →Product Development →Successful Roll-out →Feedback based Improvement approach

8.Experience with Productivity tools & User Behaviour Analysis toolslike Web Analytics, Web Experience, Jira(+)Confluence, Mantis, Visio/Draw/, Canva/Figma/VistaCreate required
9.Writing/preparing Product User-Guides / FAQswill be on an ongoing basis
10.Experience with CMS platforms desired –like Sitefinity, Magneto, Umbraco, Joomla, Drupal, TYPO3, Shoplift and so on (having only-WordPress experience may not be adequate)
11.BFSI experience will be an added advantage
12.Competition Analysis experience will be an added advantage

2. Network Engineer

Experience: Minimum -5 years, Maximum: 10 Years (preferred)
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Sr. Manager IT / Head, IT
Certifications desirable–Cisco CCNA, Microsoft, AWS, Java, PostgreSQL

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Networks, Network Devices, Managed Switches, Routers & Firewalls, WANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, AD, Servers –implementation, configuration, monitoring, HA, optimization, trouble shooting, firmware & subscription upgrades, backups, audit logs, log analysis, fault resolution, compliance reporting
2.AWS Cloud –EC2, RDS, Route53, S3, LB (NLB, ALB), VPCs -monitoring, assets health, Level-1 tech support, Level-2 & Level-3 tech support from Vendor, audit logs, compliance reporting
3.CI-CD deployment –implementation, deployment & rollbacks, version control
4.Level-1 Tech Support for Organization (internal & external users) –application & network support
5.Exchange experience preferred –activities -EOD-BOD, ISMS compliance, Regulatory compliance of Audits(National Securities or Commodity or Currency Exchanges or Pan India Brokerage Houses experience preferred)
6.Applicants having extensive experience with processes & compliance documentation & record keeping at Exchanges/Brokerage-houses will be preferred.
7.Shifts –should be open to work in 24×7 shifts rosters
