1. CEO (Hospital Business)

Job Description:
**Minimum 12+ years of experience in Operations in the Health care industry.
**Responsible for P&L of the Unit.
**Preparing the Annual Operating Plan and performance standards for the Unit.
**Managing the Operations of the entire department.

**Coordinating with each Hospital’s Medical & Quality Heads.
**Conducting Clinical and Medical reviews in accordance with the directives of the Medical Advisory Board.
**Monitoring the performance of each Hospital in terms of revenue & profitability vis-à-vis the targets and taking corrective measures as deemed fit.
**Setting up of strict financial controls.
**Constantly exploring and undertaking cost optimization initiatives.
**Implementing the necessary Clinical & Administrative protocols.
**Preparing the annual budget as per guidelines issued by the Finance Head of the company.
**Constantly monitoring and evaluating the expenses of each Hospital against the allocated Budget and taking immediate corrective action where a deviation is noticed.

2. Chief Sales Officer – Business Development

Job Description:
**Achieving Targets from Indian Government Tender Sales.
**- Closely Monitoring Policy Changes that impact government tender sales.
**Establishing Strategic Partnerships for Achieving Targets from Professional User Sales.
**Coordinating company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer/prospect expectations.
**- Establishing productive relationships with all stakeholders in assigned accounts.
**Planning and Executing Strategic Government Account Management by identifying Key Government organisations and developing business relationships with key decision makers.

3. Executive / Sr. Executive – CRM

Job Description:
**Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
**Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
**Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits..
**Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
**Persuade the customers to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs..
**Record the customer’s personal information accurately in the system..
**Deal with complaints or doubts tactfully to keep up the company’s reputation.
**Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
**Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements:
**Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
**Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
**Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
**Excellent communication and presentation skills.
**Proficient in English/ Bengali & Hindi.
**Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
**Persistent and results-oriented.
**Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
