1. Digital Marketing Head

Job Responsibilities:
**Build and manage the Digital Marketing Team
**Assess and understand business objectives, translate them into a digital marketing strategy
**Align marketing activities with target customers’ needs/preferences, and for creating differentiation in the market

**Develop annual/quarterly/monthly plans to execute the marketing strategy.
**Manage performance marketing team whose portfolio would include organic and paid campaigns across various channels
**Manage team with initiatives aimed at increasing web traffic, SEO, App Installs, referrals, renewals, and client acquisition
**Review marketing analytics across channels, and provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation, brand-building, and conversions
**Create systems and processes to understand the voice of our clientele through research, surveys, etc.
**Lead the content team to create compelling thought-leadership content assets such as infographics, white papers, customer case studies, articles, blogs, videos, and podcasts
**Work with internal team and external partners for PR, branding, videos/film-making and other marketing activities
**Lead the digital marketing team to deploy effective email marketing, organic and paid media campaigns
**Lead team to conduct online events such as webinars, conferences, and customer events

Must Have:
**To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have:
**Min. 09+ years of progressive hands–on experience effective implimentation of digital marketing strategies inline with business objectives
**Goal oriented and passionate about demand generation as a growth driver
**Has a strong bias for action and is analytical
**Believes in taking a ‘customer first’ approach
**Sense of urgency and intrinsically motivated to do a great job
**Strong project management skills with an ability to plan and deliver on deadlines

2. Senior Microservices Developer

Job Responsibilities:
What you get to do in this role
**Work closely with executive product team, understand and capture their requirements
**Build the next generation product platform using microservices and micro frontend technology
**Design and build function-centric solutions in microservices architectures
**Define and refactor multi-channel client architecture offering and providing differentiated end-user experiences by leveraging containerization and cloud technology
**Outline the governance and microservices/micro frontend development guiding principles as well as ensuring the best practices are followed by the development team
**Work collaboratively with an agile, scrum-based team to understand the business domain and client requirements that drive analysis, architecture/design and development of quality technical solutions and deliverables. These solutions cross a broad spectrum of technologies and must align with business and IT strategies and to comply with the organization’s architectural and security standards.
**Participate in coordinated planning sessions and provide effort estimates for business initiatives of IT solutions.
**Maintain cutting edge knowledge of current and emerging technologies, industry trends and standards

Must Have:
**Min. 06+ years of progressive hands–on experience developing applications using Python and DJango framework
**Advanced skills implementing API and Mircoservices architecture using any of the market leading solutions
**Experience in implementing business critical, high volume, and highly available services
**Domain knowledge in Financial Services industry is desirable Microservices experience
**A strong hands-on development track records building integration and application utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools and database systems
**Experience with containerization and cloud technologies (E.g. OpenShift, Kubernetes, Dockers, AWS) as well as DevOps and testing tools (Git, SVN, TFS, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Nexus, Selenium, SonarQube)
**Experience with cloud-based, CD/CI or DevOps development environment
**Micro Frontend experience
**Experience in Prometheus, Redis, Consul, RabbitMQ
**Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including the latest ES6 features, Typescript, and React.
**Experience of web markup languages, including HTML5 and CSS3
**Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
**Strong knowledge of web standards and OWASP or similar web-based security standards
**Knowledge of backend Web services development in DJango and Python
**Experience crafting efficient and reusable web components in React
**Experienced with JavaScript build tooling, such as Babel and Webpack
**Experience using, designing and building web APIs (GraphQL, REST)
**Experienced with continuous integration, testing, and deployment strategies
**Demonstrated ability to write effective tests for full-stack JavaScript applications and services
**Active open source advocate and passionate in cloud-native community
**Hands on code and contribute to Kubernetes community

Certification with AWS/Azure/GC/Edureka/Coursera/MindMagix/Arcitura
Education: Any Graduate from a recognized university and, preferably with BS/MS Degree in Computer Science.
