Experience: 4–8 years

Roles and Responsibilities :
** Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the telemarketing team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
** Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.
** Developing call scripts for telemarketer’s use with lead generation and qualification.
** Creating team compensation structure and performance metrics.
** Responsible for initiating calls to potential clients using a prepared selling script

Skills :
** Ability to prioritize work as well as meet tight deadlines.
** Technical acumen and knowledge of company’s product.

2. Senior Developer (asp.net MVC)

Experience: 4-10 Years

Skills & Responsibilities :
**Must have at least 4 years of experience on ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, CSS, HTML.
**Must have at least 2 years of experience on MVC & Entity Framework.
**Must have working experience on scripting languages such as JavaScript, JQuery.
**Must have at least 4 years of experience on SQL Server, database designing, writing stored procedures, functions etc.
**Experience on Azure cloud is preferred.
**Experience in one or more advanced JS (JavaScript) frameworks such backbone.js, underscore.js require.js, angular.js, ember.js, knockout.js etc. is preferred.
**Experience in using code versioning systems such as GIT or at least SVN.
**Understanding and ability to develop for ASP.net Web Forms and MVC environments.
**Fix bugs as they are found. Deploy new code without waiting.
**Experience applying best practices including change management, effective error handling and performance instrumentation.
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical personnel.
**Enjoys designing and developing modern-looking and highly effective web pages and content.
**Identify and fix performance issues.
**Should be comfortable interacting with other team members (both within design/development and other departments such as marketing or sales) and clients.

3. HR Recruiter

Experience: 0-3 yrs

Responsibilities:
**End to end recruitment.
**Sourcing through, referencing, walk-ins, head-hunting and job portals.
**Data Mining through Team Mapping.
**Conducting the HR round of interview.
**Screening the resume after having a detailed discussion with the candidates.
**Co-ordinating the entire interviewing process.
**Updating the candidates with regards to the interview feedback and negotiating the offer terms.
**Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.
**Scrutinizing and short-listing profiles by using various resources (i.e. Job sites, Head hunting, networking sites) based on specific criteria, skills, domain, platform, qualification and relevant experience.
**Maintain reports and update database information on an ongoing basis.
**Taking care of retentions and referral payouts.

4. Quality Analyst

Experience: 3–6 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
**Monitor, evaluate process, quality metrics & give feedback to telecaller
**Work on data analysis and train Executives.
**Conduct regular briefings to review quality standards and updates
**Work on initiatives to achieve highest possible quality on calls
**Handle individual Quality to check the performance.
**Conduct training session to improve skill sets of Executives.
**Conduct quality induction/session for the new hires
**Call Auditing, Call barging
**Timely feedback to agents.

Skills:
**Experience from BPO/Call Centre.
**Fluency in English Language,
**Effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills,
**Clear pronunciation, effective listening skills, ability to comprehend relevant accent,
**Knowledge of transaction/call flow, email etiquettes,
**Knowledge of call backs and escalation procedures and feedback mechanisms.
