1.Android Developer
Responsibilities :
** Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
** Work with outside data sources and API’s Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

** Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
** Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
** Development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services
** Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
** Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Qualifications and Requirements :
** Software Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in Android development
** Proven software development experience
** Published at least one original Android app on Google play store
** Experience in working with remote data via REST and JSON
** Experience with third-party libraries, APIs and push notifications
** Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
** Strong knowledge of OOPs Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
** Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
** Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
** Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
** Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
** Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
2.Senior Software Developer
Technical Expertise:
** JAVA and J2EE Platform JSP and Servlets JDBC and Apache Tomcat
** Knowledge of any one Framework (Struts, Hibernate, Spring) and should have implemented the same in any one of the assignments
** Experience in XML and Web Service
** Have good knowledge of Java Design Patterns, and should have implemented at least two design patterns
** Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
** Knowledge of preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document) and TSD (Technology Specification Document).
Qualifications and Requirements:
** Software Engineer with 5 – 8 years of experience in SW development
** Responsible for inputs in the planning process of the software subsystems
** Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through the study of literature and technical contacts
** In order to maintain the expertise in the specified area
** Conforms and contributes to the departmental and project procedures and processes
** Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment (local and global teams)
** Experience in Java / Java Spring development
** Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
** Strong problem solving and decision making ability
** Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
** Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
** Ability to take initiative and identify strong industry talent. Experience in people management.
