1. Branch Manager (Females Preferred)

Responsibilities & Duties:
**Manage daily operations of branch and ensure smooth and seamless functioning of all branch activities.

**Will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation
**Assist the Head Office in implementing business development strategies for assigned branch.
**Working closely with Counselling and operations Team to educate them about latest updates, policies and rules; also handling the team of counsellors and back office operations with result orientated strategies and planning.
**Provide quality and exceptionally services to customers.
**Will be the process owner for all clients of the branch (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from beginning to end of the complete student Visa application process.
**Achieve Branch sales target and projected profit.
**Select, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description.
**Learn company’s CRM portal and use it efficiently for all routine activities.
**Support the team in resolving routine CRM related issues.
**Assist Head Office to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
**Ensure that the branch personnel comply with all company policies.
**Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees.
**Lead, manage, train and motivate the team at the branch towards higher productivity.
**Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe and orderly.
**To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand, Australia etc.
**Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
**Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, micro-marketing events, and trade shows
**Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.
**Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
**Assist in performance appraisals, promotions, and compensation activities for employees.
**Routinely audit the records of the registered clients to ensure that their processing is on track.
**Pro-actively identify the issues which any client may face and provide quick resolution and take necessary measures to retain maximum no. of clients.

Desired Profile:
**Postgraduate/ Graduate
**5 yrs. of experience in the same field.
**Must have worked in the managerial capacity.
**Female candidate are preferred. Male candidates can also apply.
**Stable career history
**Good team leading experience.
**Candidate must have a strong knowledge about Canada, and preferably Australia, New Zealand & Europe Visa Rules & Regulations
**Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements etc.
**Result‐orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
**Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written both), pleasing personality & confident, Good keyboard skills, academically bright.
**An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
**Flexibility over working hours.
**Encourages input and ideas from others.

2. Admission Officer (Female only)

Responsibilities & Duties:
**Should have knowledge about admission process & requirement of countries like Canada, UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand, Australia etc.
**Must have lodged admission applications of Canada College and Universities
**Should have knowledge of the checklist as per the requirement.
**Liaising with the Branches and support them with completing the application process for their students.
**Be a bridge between the Branch and head office to ensure smooth flow of communication to avoid unnecessary delays in the processing of student applications.
**Learn company’s CRM portal and use it efficiently for all routine activities.
**Regularly update the status of all students and applications of the Branches into CRM.
**Coordinate with the College/University representatives for application process, Fee Receipts, Deferments and Refund etc.
**Pre-screen the applications and identify all the shortcomings and inform about all the additional requirements/docs which is required to the concerned instantly in 1 communication so as to avoid any further delay due to multiple coordination.
**Timely share the Information about the new requirements, status and new actions required from the concerned counsellor or other team members for any particular application as sent by the concerned Institution.
**Responsible for timely processing and timely reverting to all concerned for the requests received for Assessment, Application processing, Offer letter intimation, Tuition Fee deadlines, tuition fee acknowledgments, Fee receipts, LOA, refund etc from all branches and associates.
**To maintain the proper record keeping of all the students.
**To make the effective and error-free reports.
**Provide timely update and support to all branches for smooth processing of applications.

Desired Profile:
**Should be a graduate in any stream.
**1-2 yr experience in the same field as admission officer.
**Must have knowledge about admission application process of Canada and must have lodged applications for Canada.
**Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
**Pleasing personality
