Job responsibilities includes :
1- Revenue maximization through sponsorship sales/corporate sales
2- Responsible for revenue generation through handling key clients and generating new clients
3- Prepare client proposals and presentations
4- Client Relationship Management
5- Maintain strong and cordial relations with clients in the portfolio to sustain the profitability of the business
6- Preparation of monthly sales plan, weekly reports, sales projection report etc

We’re looking for :
Background knowledge, skills and experience:

3.Conference Producer

Key responsibilities includes :
1- Experience in inviting key stakeholders to conferences in sectors such as Retail, Banking, Pharma, e-commerce, telecom, government, manufacturing, media & entertainment etc.
2- Researching topics and recommending topics on which conferences could be held, given the latest trends.
3- Assist in the development of conference agenda and topics based on discussion with industry experts
4- Assist in speaker recruitment
5- Assist in the operations department in planning liaise with associates, consultants, advisory committees and industry experts
6- We need a team player who is good at coordination and stakeholder engagement

We’re looking for :
Previous experience :
3-5 years experience as Conference Producer, specifically in (BFSI / Education / Health / Governance)

Education and Skill set :
1- Bachelor / Master’s degree, preferably in Journalism / Mass Communication
2- Excellent communications skills (both oral & written)
3- Ready to think and work beyond conventional methods and open to learn new things
4- Working knowledge of Google Drive, Documents, Spreadsheets and Slides
5- Excellent time management skills
