1. Customer Care Executive

Job Profile:
**Handle customers’ enquiries in a courteous and prompt manner
**Manage customer expectations professionally
**Devise and implement ways to enhance process workflow & customer experience
**Ensure customer database is up to date and keep track of customer profile providing timely updates to management
**Maintain confidentiality of customer database
**Should have managed inbound process with AHT’s similar to ours (AHT = Average Handling time for a call)
**Regularly monitor ecommerce sites’ activities and report any situation that appears out of the norm to immediate supervisor

Tools & Other Skills Required:
**Undergraduates/graduates
**1-2 years of experience in customer service
**Front-line customer service experience
**Strong communicating &interpersonal skills
**Customer service oriented, proactive and resourceful
**Patient, understanding but firm and confident in handling customers
**Has a positive attitude and passion to provide good customer service
**Preferably from e-commerce or internet industry
**No gap in relevant work experience
**Weekends and Public Holidays are compulsory working
**Email or LIVE Chat Process knowledge would be an advantage
**Good verbal and written communication skills
**Active listening skills
**Good working knowledge of MS Office and PPT

2. Content Writer

Job Profile:
**Understand and gather requirements about the product/project/campaigns
**Monitoring Content Updates of assigned websites like FB, SEM for Opportunities
**Development of web content for websites and portals
**Well versed in research and write original content with websites, corporate communications, branding, blogs & articles
**Editing and Proof reading of content
**Understating of content generation for digital media
**Rewriting and modifying the existing content
**Conceptualization of ideas to enhance the existing products on the site
**Conducting quality checks for web pages before making them live
**Well Updated with trends and current affairs related to market and economy & recommend changes and updates accordingly
**Direct & work with the team towards successful execution of assignments / website etc
**Works with developers/IT staff to assess any technical challenges (technical troubleshooting) in displaying the content
**Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc as needed
**Write unique content for mailers on diverse topics in an engaging manner and in grammatically-correct English
**Can write with SEO point of view – Web Pages, PR, FB posts, Tweets, proofreading, editing

Tools & Other Skills Required:
**Experience in a similar role
**Experience creating or sourcing content for websites/magazines/blogs
**Basic understanding of Keyword research and frequency
**Strong command over English grammar and punctuation
**Excellent verbal and written communication
**Ability to research into necessary topics and garner requisite information independently
**A creative disposition and the ability to produce fresh content ideas
**Comfortable writing pithy and original copy
**Knowledge of content management across various social media platforms
**Familiarity with internet marketing, SEO or web development is a plus
**Person should experience into E-Commerce industry or online Space

3. Business Development Associate:

**Explain the Concept of E-Commerce & Online Sales & Marketing to the prospective Clients
**Pitch the Clients about FZ
**Understand the Clients’ need
**Negotiating on Commercials
**Get them on board & make it LIVE on the site
**Ensure the Client Relationship with the Company
**Introduce innovative way of Sales & Marketing tactics

Tools & Other Skills Required:
**Excellent Communication skills (Very Important)
**Should be an extrovert personality
**Should be quick in responding to queries involving calculations
**Excellent knowledge of making Presentations & analyzing Excel sheets
**Should be confident & present the sales progress of his area to the Management
