1.Jr. Architect

Qualification: B.Arch.

Major Responsibility :
** Architectural design development and detailing (from Concept to completion).
** Co-ordinating with External consultants like Architects, Structural, MEP, Land scape and GHMC, HMDA, Fire and other relevant authorities.
** Should have extensive knowledge in building bye-laws of GHMC, HMDA, Fire, Moef, AAI,HMWSSB etc.,
** Should have a knowledge in Vastu.
** Visiting Sites at various locations in Bangalore, Chennai, AP & other states.
** Coordinating with site team, between engineering disciplines, sub consultants, and project managers.
** Conducting DRM’s & cross checking the drawings before issuing to sites.
** Maintaining the records, files, trans mittals and drawings and approval copies
** Works systematically to ensure completion of tasks to meet deadlines and clients expectations
** Ability to effectively prioritize workload Proficient as a team player with excellent communication skills, but also able to work on own initiative
** Registered member of council of architects should hold a valid licence to sign on approval drawings.
Required skills:

AutoCAD, 3D, Photo shop and basic computer skills with outlook, word, excel

2.Graphic Designer

Qualification: BFA

Major Responsibility :
** Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
** Working with Senior Manager & Head Marketing, clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and time scales
** Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
** Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
** Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
** Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

3.Real Estate Telesales

Qualification: Any Degree is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities :
** Generate to sales leads.
** Attending the Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
** Interact with clients to determine business requirements
** Maintain a potential customer data base and keep in touch with the customers periodically
** Maintain a good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.

Skills required :
** Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
** Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
** Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
