The Company has its own hospitals at Smelter & Power Complex, Angul and Mines & Refinery Complex, Damanjodi sector with specialized doctors in various fields as well as sophisticated medical equipments. NALCO is looking for retired doctors of NALCO, other PSUs and Government for engagement of specialist in Orthopedics as “Specialist Consultant” on contract basis for its hospital at Angul and specialist in Ophthalmology as “Specialist Consultant” on contract basis for its hospital at Damanjodi

Remuneration: The contract doctors will be paid consolidated monthly remuneration as under;
Experience | Consolidated Remuneration :
Upto 10 Yrs `55000/- per month
Upto 10 Yrs but less than 20 Yrs `70000/- per month
Experience more than 20 Yrs `80000/- per month

Medical Fitness : The contractual engagement of doctor will be subject to medical fitness to perform the assigned duty/responsibility. Certificate for this purpose will have to be obtained from a Govt. doctor
