Arogya Raksha Policy :
Now, you can apply online for fresh / renewal of arogya raksha group mediclaim insurance policy thru’ indian bank net banking portal!

All you need to do is to simply go to indian bank net banking portal and click on the link provided for applying fresh/renewal of arogya raksha policy by accessing uiic web portal

You have to just key in all relevent details in the proposal page, save & confirm after verification. Payment can either be made thru’ your indian bank net banking or thru’ our nearest branch. Policy document can be downloaded instantly if paid thru’ indian bank net banking or on the next working day if paid thru’ our branch.

For photo id cards, please note to send scanned copies of the photographs of members covered under the policy along with your policy document to third party administrator(tpa) thru’ email AT mail-id provided in policy document.

Important Instructions for Online Payments :
** This facility of applying/renewing of Arogya Raksha Policy online is availableonly between 6 A.M and 9 P.M.
** You can apply for/renew your Arogya Raksha Policy through your INDIAN BANK net-banking facility.
** You can view/renew your existing Arogya Raksha Policy either through yourAccount No. or through your existing Policy No.

For Fresh Arogya Raksha Policy :
** The Account No. entered in the policy should be that of the Proposer/First policy holder with Indian Bank only else Policy will be deemed INVALID .
** Members covered under the policy can be self, spouse, 2 dependent children and parents of the proposer and no other relations are covered.
** Please note that Son will be covered only till 25 years of age or Employment or Marriage whichever is earlier.
** Please note that Daughter will be covered only till Employment or Marriage whichever is earlier.
** For Photo E-Cards from TPA kindly send scanned photographs of all the members covered along with policy document to TPA’s e-mail ID provided in the policy document.
** For any other information, kindly contact nearest Indian Bank.
** For ATTENTION! Kindly note that all policies taken in a month will expire on the last day of the previous month . For example, if a policy is taken on 16th May 2014, It will expire on 31st April 2015 .Also note that premium is also reduced proportionately
