Job Description:
** Good marketing knowledge, preferably- Real estate.

Qualification : BE – Civil.
Experience : 15 and above, Experienced with Handling Tech parks, up gradation and refurbishment works, good in execution of civil works, and finishing works.
Age : 30 to 40

Skill Sets & Desirable Job Parameter :
** Responsible for ” site execution works, -interacting with civil vendors, and contractors for execution works.
** Technically strong in handling all Civil & Finishing –Fundamentals, as per the IS-standard.
** Good in Site co –ordination, identification and resolving the Civil & Finishing issues.
** Responsible to plan the activities, in co-ordination with Design team, contractors, various vendors for day to day work progress.
** Good in interior works, for any up gradation and refurbishment works.
** Good in Measurement & material knowledge.
** Monitoring day to day work progress. – Structural & Civil Finishing activities.
** Good command over the vendors / Consultants, to get the quality works
** Responsible for timely completion of the assigned project, and follow -up works.

Qualification : B – Architect
Experience : 6 Years and above. Experience in handling commercial building.

** Managing and supporting the in-house design team with documentation.
** Coordination with all design consultants for all the design aspects – Preparations of RFP, work lists, reviewing the design drawings, defining the scope documents
