1.HR Operations Manager
Role & Responsibilities :
** Evaluate the current systems and processes followed from HR operations standpoint and identify improvements areas
** Create a plan with timelines for deployment of suggested changes and improvements or any additions required
Related / Similar Job :
** Prepare SOP’s and Checklist for all operational tasks like Hiring, Employee Documentation, Onboarding, Salary Processing, Full & Final Settlement, Annual Appraisals and Salary Revisions
** Gather feedback on the Onboarding/Induction and make continuous improvements and updates to the Onboarding and Induction process
** Communicate the process for new hiring or manpower requisition to all Department Heads and ensure the same is followed and manpower is provided as per the SLA’s
Required Skill & Qualification :
** Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
** Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in HR Operations role, prior experience in Gaming or Consumer Tech will be preferred
** Hands on experience in managing HRMS tools like Keka, Darwin Box, Zing HR etc.
** Hands on experience in managing Hiring (Internal and External)
2.Technical Project Manager
Role & Responsibilities :
** Ensure input of all Sprint activities [Features, Bugs, Production issues] in the JIRA tool
** Track and update JIRA tool for all activities and resources
** Generate weekly burn down, Sprint activity etc. charts
** Ensure task work-flow and related updates in JIRA tool
** Ensure real time status update of all development and test activities w.r.t features, bugs, production issues etc.
Required Skill & Qualification :
** A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree is required.
** Knowledge of software development life-cycle.
** Knowledge and experience working on Agile process.
** Expertise in JIRA tool and its various features including burn down charts, status reports, management of various fields, Epic, Story, Story points etc.
** Must understand concepts of software engineering.
3.UI/UX Lead
Role & Responsibilities :
** Evaluate the current website and application from UI/UX perspective and create a summary of observations and improvements
** Benchmark other gaming and non-gaming applications to check the best practices and identify opportunities to learn and improve our offerings
** Evaluate the Customer feedbacks received over the last 1 year and identify areas of improvements for UI/UX
** Evaluate the User Journeys and drop-offs on Website and Application to understand the disconnect or dissatisfaction of our users and plan necessary communications at the critical junctures
Required Skill & Qualification :
** Master’s degree in Design
** Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in UI/UX role, experience with Consumer Tech or Gaming will be preferred
** Has expertise in using the Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects
** Has solid understanding of Design Thinking and Consumer Behavior
** Has ability to design User Journeys basis self-study, existing data and customer insights
4.Marketing Lead
Role & Responsibilities :
** Benchmark competitor overall marketing strategy and media mix and identify media platforms to be explored to increase brand reach, awareness and user acquisition
** Audit and evaluate overall user journey/experience from the first brand interaction to deposit and identify improvement areas in Product, Content/Communication and Journey automation
** Identify user drop-offs and reasons for the same and ways to address the same to improve the conversion of traffic to registration, registration to deposit ratio and deposit to redeposit ratio
Required Skill & Qualification :
** Masters or equivalent degree in Mass Media or Communications
** Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Marketing and Media Planning. Online Gaming company background would be preferred
** Has hands on experience in campaign execution and tracking for Facebook, Google, YouTube, Affiliates and understands media relevance basis the target audience
** Has managed agencies successfully in driving objectives
