**Experience with project management tools like JIRA, source control systems like SVN, ticketing systems like Zendesk/Helpshift.
**Strong managerial and inter departmental collaboration skills.Proactive and self-driven.
**Demonstrated ability to hire, manage and mentor team members.
**Experience with testing automation is an added plus.
2. Associate Game Tester
Location: Udupi
99Games is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to test our casual freemium games for the mobile market.
Responsibilities:
**Play, identify and report clear and detailed descriptions of defects in the game
**Participate in the preparation of test documentation (test strategy and test cases).
**Execute functional and non-functional tests, report and manage issues.
**Participate in product design reviews to provide inputs on functional requirements, product designs, and QA schedule issues.
**Formulate end-user scenarios on the game
**Work closely with game designers, developers and artists, and testers to reach a common goal
**Stay current on customer queries from support and marketing channels
**Stay current on industry trends including new game genres, game testing best practices, and emerging technology.
Requirements:
**Fluency in English, both written and oral
**Self-motivated with ability to think analytically and diagnose issues.
**Team player with great interpersonal skills.
**Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
**Goal Driven with high productivity.
**Degree in Engineering (BE – E&C), Science or related field

Location: Udupi
Responsibilities:
** Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for the products. The product roadmap is created by analysing and prioritizing projects/features, determining the product design & development effort, and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams.
** Create and meet targets and deadlines for global game title. Manage day to day project activities and ultimately take responsibility of reaching objectives.
** Plan, develop and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. Consider budgets, potential risks, time constraints and resources.
** Closely work with leads of different departments (art, development, design, QA) to design production pipeline plans, follow up execution to ensure timely delivery to meet the goals.
** Maintaining and managing the project tracking system for the entire team.
** Orchestrate reviews of feature design and art, feature playtesting and initiate necessary actions to ensure quality.
** Measuring and analysing the team efficiency with necessary dashboards and taking measures to optimise the output of each team member.
** Team coordination and follow-ups. Interacting with the entire team to deliver the project, maintaining a good working relationship with them all.
** Innovate with existing work structure to optimize output via data analytics.
Requirements:
** 5+ years of experience in Project management in B2C mobile products involving social games, online shopping etc. Having Project management experience in gaming company is a strong plus.Bachelor’s or Masters degree with good academics.
** Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills to get best out of the teams.
** Proficiency in of Excel/Google spreadsheets or the like. (Ability to make advanced analyses using dashboards, apps script, queries, pivot tables, etc.)
** Has proficiency in MS Office applications, PPT/Keynotes.
** Has excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
** Good understanding of gaming production pipeline is a definite plus.
** Thorough and hands on experience with at least one project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Monday.
** Has exquisite communication skills – verbal and written and can communicate clearly and efficiently within and across teams in multiple formats, including email, written documents, digital presentations, and verbal conversations. Being multilingual is a plus.
** Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, coordinating with the team at a lower level while meeting deadlines.
